The Qiujing LUCKY Series Fully Autoclavable Micropipette is designed for laboratory environments where effective sterilization and dependable liquid handling are equally important. Its autoclavable construction allows the micropipette to undergo repeated high-temperature and high-pressure steam sterilization, providing a practical solution for laboratories that require stringent contamination control.

A key feature of this micropipette is its fully autoclavable design. Unlike pipettes that require certain components to be removed before sterilization, the LUCKY Series is designed to support autoclave treatment of the complete pipette according to the applicable sterilization procedure.

This feature helps simplify laboratory maintenance and reduces the need for extensive disassembly before sterilization. It is especially valuable in environments where instruments are frequently reused and contamination prevention is an essential part of daily laboratory practice.

Pipette operation
A. Set the range
The display window of the handle clearly shows the amount of pipet pipetting. The amount of pipetting is set by rotating the operation 
button clockwise or counterclockwise (for adjustable pipettes only).
When setting the range, please note: rotate to the desired range; Numbers are clearly displayed in the display window; The range set is 
within the range of the pipettor. Don't screw the button out of the range,
Otherwise it will jam the mechanism and damage the pipettor.
B. Pipetting technique
Forward pipetting:
Ensure that the pipette tip is tightly connected to the tip cone. Move the button slowly and evenly for best pipetting, especially when
 transferring viscous liquids.
The pipettor remains vertical during suction. At the same time, it should be ensured that the specimen liquid and solution tank are clean, 
and the temperature of the pipettor, suction tip, and liquid is the same.
1) Press the operation button to the first stop point.
2) Subside the suction head into the liquid level for 2-3 mm, and gently release the operation button (return to the origin). Carefully lift 
the suction tip off the liquid level and dock it on the container wall to remove excess liquid.
3) Press the button to the first stop point, and the liquid will be discharged. Pause for a moment and continue to press the operation 
button to the second stop point (i.e. blow out). This step will empty the suction head and ensure accurate fluid transfer.
4) Release the button and return to the origin.
3. Store
If the pipet is not in use, it is recommended to hang it vertically on the pipet holder
