Shanghai Qiujing Biochemical Reagent & Instrument Co., Ltd. manufactures and supplies analytical instruments for laboratories that make decisions from measured data — immunoassay reading, cell counting, conductivity and related bench measurement — together with the pipetting and sample-handling equipment used in the same workflows. Our brand was established in 1988, and our quality management system holds CE and ISO 13485 certification.
We are an Analytical Instruments Series Manufacturer, building this family at our Shanghai site for laboratories, environmental testing bodies, industrial quality-control departments and medical testing laboratories. The series sits inside our wider Laboratory Instruments programme, which also covers centrifuges, magnetic stirrers, water baths, balances, photometers and pH meters, so a complete bench can be equipped from one production source.
Analytical instruments are grouped by the setting they serve rather than by one principle of measurement: laboratory experiments and research, environmental pollution monitoring, process and on-site measurement, maintenance and working-environment checks, medical examination, automation and information-processing systems, and bio-related analysis. Configuration work here starts with that setting — the sample, the matrix, the operator and the decision the reading has to support.
Three instruments carry the series today, each matched to a different measurement job rather than to a single industry.
The table below maps our current analytical range and the complementary measurement instruments we build to the workflows they serve. Where a project needs both measurement and sample preparation, we configure the bench as one package.
| Product | Measurement Role | Typical Applications | Configuration Focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| QJ-MR-60 ELISA analyzer | Photometric enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay reading | Food safety testing, environmental monitoring, immunoassay screening | Touch-screen operation, assay protocol, detection wavelength, result output |
| QJ-cell automatic cell counter | Split cell counting for suspension samples | Cell culture, life science research, routine cultivation checks | Sample volume, counting consumables, data display preference |
| P902 conductivity measuring instrument | Conductivity with automatic temperature compensation | Water quality, environmental monitoring, process and on-site checks | Display type, mass storage, Bluetooth printing, reference solutions |
| Laboratory pH meter series | Potentiometric pH measurement | Buffer preparation, sample QC, method development | Electrode type, calibration buffers, resolution |
| Laboratory photometer series | Photometric measurement of liquid samples | Colorimetric assays, concentration checks, teaching laboratories | Wavelength set, cuvette format, data recording |
Reading conductivity on site and reading an immunoassay plate in a food testing laboratory are different jobs, and we keep the configuration work separate: field instruments prioritise display readability, internal storage and printing, while plate-based instruments prioritise assay protocol, temperature stability and result handling.
Analytical results depend on what happens upstream. Our Micropipette range, macropipettes and automatic micro liquid dispenser cover the volume steps that feed an ELISA plate, a cell suspension or a conductivity sample, and our pipette tips are produced without heat sources, bagged, racked and low retention to keep transferred volumes consistent.
Complementary measurement instruments complete the same bench. The Laboratory pH Meter Series covers buffer and sample pH checks alongside conductivity, while our photometer series handles routine colorimetric measurement for laboratories that need both absorbance and immunoassay capability.
Raw-material inspection, in-process testing and finished-product inspection run through production, so each instrument is checked against the same performance points before it is packed. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 13485 and our instruments carry CE marking; sample units can be supplied so your laboratory verifies performance and compatibility before a bulk order is released.
All three instruments are bench-top units. We confirm supply voltage, bench space and ambient conditions before shipment, and the installation notes that travel with the instrument cover levelling, connection and first-run checks.
OEM/ODM work is part of the series: product design changes, specification adjustment, appearance customization and packaging solutions are handled from your drawings or samples, with the specification frozen after sample confirmation. Standard production lead time is 10 working days, and the delivery schedule for a specific order is fixed once model, quantity and customization scope are settled. Instruments are packed for export shipment and dispatched to overseas destinations.
A proposal is built from the working point, not from a catalogue number alone. These are the inputs that let us fix the model, the options and the acceptance checkpoints.
| Project Input | What We Confirm |
|---|---|
| Application and sample type | Instrument family, sample format and measurement mode suited to the matrix |
| Expected range and required resolution | Detection configuration, calibration approach and reference standards |
| Throughput and daily workload | Number of units and the plate or sample handling arrangement |
| Recording and printing requirements | Display type, internal storage, Bluetooth printing and output format |
| Voltage, environment and bench conditions | Power configuration, installation notes and operating limits |
| Customization, volume and destination | OEM/ODM scope, packaging, lead time and delivery arrangement |
With the application, sample details and target quantities in hand, our technical team returns a configured specification, a sample arrangement and a delivery plan for the confirmed instruments.
The Analytical Instruments Series covers the QJ-MR-60 touch-screen enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyzer for food safety testing and environmental monitoring, the QJ-cell automatic cell counter for split cell counting, and the P902 conductivity measuring instrument with automatic temperature compensation and wireless Bluetooth printing. Backing equipment from our pipetting, centrifuge, mixer, balance, photometer and pH meter ranges comes from the same production site.
We work from the assay you run — the detection arrangement, the plate workflow and the way results are recorded — and confirm those points before the order is released. Where a requirement falls outside the standard configuration, it is handled through our OEM/ODM process rather than by adapting the instrument after arrival.
The P902 uses an LED display with built-in mass storage and wireless Bluetooth printing, and applies automatic temperature compensation so conductivity readings track changes in sample temperature. That combination suits environmental monitoring, water quality checks and process measurement where results are recorded away from the bench.
Yes. Samples are provided for performance and compatibility verification, and the specification is finalised after your confirmation. Volume pricing, minimum order quantity and delivery are then set against the confirmed configuration.
Production follows raw-material inspection, in-process testing and finished-product inspection under a quality management system certified to ISO 13485, with CE marking on our instruments. The shipment carries the operating instructions and documentation for the delivered configuration, and our team supports operation guidance and troubleshooting after installation.
Pipettes, macropipettes, the automatic micro liquid dispenser, pipette tips, centrifuges, mixers, water baths, balances, photometers and pH meters can be grouped into one shipment, so a laboratory receives a matched bench instead of assembling it from separate purchases.
