Qiujing Top Magic Series Single Channel Heated/Unheated Magnetic Stirrer TOP1/TOP1H

Check the DetailsA magnetic stirrer is a laboratory device that employs a rotating magnetic field to cause a stir bar (or flea) immersed in a liquid to spin very quickly, thus stirring it. The rotating field may be created either by a rotating magnet or a set of stationary electromagnets, placed beneath the vessel with the liquid. It is used in chemistry and biology as a convenient way to stir small volumes and where other forms of stirring, such as overhead stirrers and stirring rods, may not be viable.

Shanghai Qiujing Biochemical Reagent & Instrument Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures and exports the Laboratory Magnetic Stirrer Series as part of a laboratory instrument programme that traces back to the Qiujing brand established in 1988. As a Laboratory Magnetic Stirrer Series Manufacturer, we build single-position, four-position and compact bench stirrers, keep heated and unheated variants inside the same control family, and supply laboratories, distributors and OEM partners from our Shanghai factory.
Every unit in the series is intended for wet-bench mixing of reagents, buffers, media, dilutions and sample preparations, from small volumes in tubes and small beakers to larger vessels on a shared preparation bench. The four model families currently in production are:
The series sits inside Laboratory Instruments, our wider bench equipment group that also covers centrifuges, water baths, metal baths, balances, pH meters, photometers and preparation instruments, allowing a laboratory project to be equipped from one manufacturing source.
| Model family | Stirring positions | Documented features | Where we position it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Top Magic TOP1 / TOP1H | Single | LCD display, adjustable speed and time; heated (H) and unheated versions | Dissolution, reagent and buffer preparation, one vessel at a time |
| Top Magic TOP4 / TOP4H | Four | LCD display, adjustable speed and time; heated (H) and unheated versions | Parallel sample preparation, comparative trials, multi-beaker workflows |
| Top Magic Top380 | Single, bench format | DC brushless motor, quiet operation | Long stirring cycles on shared or open-plan laboratory benches |
| Mini Star | Compact single | DC brushless motor, small footprint | Small-volume mixing, teaching benches, space-limited or mobile stations |
Magnetic stirring is the default mixing method wherever small volumes must be homogenised without an overhead shaft entering the vessel. Our series supports the workflows below; where a task needs higher torque, vortexing or overhead mixing, our Laboratory Mixer Series covers the complementary duty.
Format selection follows the number of vessels, the heating requirement and the bench environment rather than the catalogue price level. The TOP1/TOP1H single-channel heated and unheated magnetic stirrer suits sequential work where one sample is prepared at a time and the operator needs to set speed and time precisely.
Stirring quality depends as much on the vessel and stir bar as on the instrument, so we specify these alongside the model during configuration. Flat-bottom vessels give the closest coupling between the magnetic field, the stir bar and, on heated models, the plate surface.
The TOP1/TOP1H and TOP4/TOP4H units use an LCD interface with adjustable speed and time, so an operator can log a setting and repeat it on the next batch. Heated and unheated versions share the same control concept, which simplifies training and spare-part planning when a laboratory operates both types.
We support OEM/ODM projects covering product design, specification adjustment, appearance customisation and packaging solutions, working from customer drawings, samples or application requirements. Samples can be supplied for performance verification, and specifications are finalised after customer confirmation before formal production begins. Standard series production runs on a published 10-working-day lead time, with the schedule reconfirmed once the final configuration, quantity and branding scope are fixed.
Qiujing operates a quality management system certified to ISO 13485, and our products carry CE marking; our certificate set also includes EU medical device notification, medical device export sales and Class I medical device production record documentation. Production is controlled from raw material inspection through in-process testing to finished-product inspection, supported by an in-house test laboratory.
A proposal is prepared from the working point rather than from a model list. The following inputs let us fix the model, options and packaging in one quotation:
Four families: Top Magic TOP1/TOP1H single channel, Top Magic TOP4/TOP4H four channel — both available in heated and unheated versions with LCD speed and time control — plus the Top380 bench stirrer and the compact Mini Star, both using DC brushless motors.
Yes. The TOP1 and TOP4 are the unheated units; the TOP1H and TOP4H add plate heating. Because they share the control concept, laboratories that need both can standardise operation and spares.
The four-channel TOP4/TOP4H is the practical choice when samples must be stirred simultaneously under matched conditions, for example comparative trials, batch preparation or parallel sample pre-treatment.
We handle product design, specification adjustment, appearance customisation and packaging solutions based on customer drawings, samples or application requirements, with samples available for verification before bulk production.
Vessel types and working volumes, number of stirring positions, viscosity and sample behaviour, heating requirement, control expectations, bench environment and power supply, plus quantity, OEM/ODM scope, documentation and delivery destination.
Routine care is limited to keeping the plate clean and dry, checking that stir bars remain straight and their PTFE coating intact, and leaving adequate ventilation clearance. Brushless models avoid brush replacement, and our after-sales team supports operation questions and troubleshooting.
