The ultra-micro spectrophotometer is a high-precision analytical instrument that requires no preheating and is easy to operate. With only 0.5 - 2 uL of micro samples, it can quickly and accurately determine the concentrations of nucleic acids, proteins, and cell solutions. Its colorimeter detection mode can also be used for the concentration detection of solutions such as bacterial culture fluids. The equipment has a fluorescence detection function and can be used in conjunction with fluorescence quantitative analysis kits. Based on the specific binding of fluorescent dyes to the target substances, it can achieve high-precision quantitative determination of DNA, RNA and proteins. The detection sensitivity for double-stranded DNA is as low as 0.5 pg/ul, making it particularly suitable for Trace sample analysis.
